5-20 years UNIX C/C++ and expertise in TCP/IP, IPC Mechanisms and Multi threaded real-time trading systems. If you are strong in all these areas we will pay up to $150K to start, moving to 200K in twelve months. You must be a heavy coder and meet all our requirements for consideration.
