Work in a team of 4-5 members - UNIX Infrastructure maintenance at one of the top investment bank in Japan, responsible for production support, financial application support, and technical problem analysis/resolusion.
Roles also includes implementation, administration, monitoring, tuning, trouble shooting and disaster recovery o Unix servers.
Required skills
More than 1 year experiences in Unix / Solaris system administration role
Server administration, configuration, performance tuning and maintenance
Preferred skills
Familiar with the following Operating Systems: Solaris, Linux, and Windows servers
Experiences in supporting IT for investment banking, dealing room environment.
Familiar with Network appliances
Understanding of business subject matters in any of Equities/FX/Bonds.
Experience in followings; Database such as Sybase, Oracle Network components such as DNS/DHCP/AD etc
