Our Global Advisory client's Financial Management Pracitce assists clients in making the finance function more effective by providing services to help streamline financial processes, reduce the cost of finance, improve cash flow and increase the relevance and timeliness of financial and management information. Service offerings include: Hyperion, Oracle, and Peoplesoft Implementation and Overall Improvement, Finance Operations Improvement, Integrated Performance Management, Finance Transformation, Revenue Cycle Improvement, and Finance Shared Services. The (“FM”) practice is recruiting highly talented people to work with them in delivering these services to the office of the CFO. We are seeking forward thinking consultants who have at least 5 years of deep experience working in or serving the finance and accounting organization. In this position, you will manage and/or deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Consulting awareness of relevant industry issues is vital. Candidates pursuing employment with us should have strong experience in driving change in several of the following areas: • Implementation or heavy use of Hyperion Financial Management (“HFM”) • Implementation or heavy use Peoplesoft and Oracle Financials • Implementation or heavy use of Hyperion Essbase • Financial Process Experience o Close, Consolidation and Reporting o Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting o Performance Measurement and Dash boarding Ideal candidates will have full life cycle implementation experience with Hyperion, Peoplesoft, or Oracle GL. We will consider those that have experience with Hyperion Essbase if they also have the Finance background within the areas of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and or consolidation process. Also, overall business process knowledge, general accounting/finance skills, and excellent communication skills are expected.
