My client seeks a Senior Investment Banker with deep experience in the TMT space.
My Client is a stable and highly profitable boutique, full-service Broker Dealer is seeking to a Senior Investment Banker to fast growing team. The position is ideally based in the Headquarters in New York City, but potentially out of one of the other 9 offices around the country.
The firm has a developed Equity Research, Sales and Trading Platform and is ramping up their Investment Banking arm. It's a well managed infrastructure in entrepreneurial and collegiate environment. Must have ability to work independently or in team environment. Our entrepreneurial environment favors those that "think out of the box" and take "ownership" of projects. We widely use productivity tools and technology platforms to improve efficiency and work experience.
Indepth knowledge of the Telecom, Media, Technology (TMT) space and it's complex products, as well as, experience doing IB deals end-to-end, will trump "rainmaking" ability. The Candidate should have experience with Micro, Small and Mid Cap public companies as well as private companies. Product areas include Public Equity, M&A advisory services, Private Placements, PIPEs and Registered Direct offerings and financial advisory services. Exceptional English and presentation communication skills required. Unique opportunity to lead and build a world class Investment Banking practice.
