Skill set:
- Strong knowledge of front office Equity IT applications
- Understanding of low latency, high speed electronic trading systems (vendor or in-house)
- Knoweldge of DMA
- Understanding of FIX protocol and FIX tags
- Japanese language ability is always helpful but not required
- Strong documentation skills
- Project Management skills/experience helpful
