The CCRM professionals share a drive and knowledge for analysing complex international risk topics and designing solutions. You will be in charge of analysing and translating challenging business requirements into application design documentation. You will be responsible for: - Analysing and understanding business requirements.
- Translation of legal / business requirements and user wishes into functional documentation.
- Supporting vendor software engineers during development activities.
- Co-ordinating testing activities with dedicated test team.
- Ensuring effective communication between all relevant parties (users, vendor, Project Managers, etc).
- Developing a deep knowledge of risk systems and financial products.
Credit Risk Infrastructure (CRI) is part of Corporate Credit Risk Management and a department of approximately 200 employees responsible for providing a single platform for credit approval, credit risk management and reporting of exposures. CRI also manages the processes that support these activities such as business and system analysis, system specification, implementation and application support.
Financial Market Systems (FMS) is the department within CRI responsible for the development and maintenance of applications supporting credit risk management for traded products. These applications are linked to credit risk departments and dealing rooms around the world, providing efficient and effective credit risk management of their customers. The FMS team is also responsible for ensuring our clients policy is applied to the applications, user requirements are investigated and transferred into changes, and that the vendor is managed.
The FMS team currently consists of 7 professionals and is looking for enthusiastic candidates to strengthen the department. You will ideally have: - A university level of education, preferably in Econometrics, Mathematics or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting role in an international banking environment.
- General knowledge of financial products and Credit Risk Management.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Familiarity with business modelling techniques and software is an advantage.
- Understanding of processes supporting application development and writing of Functional Designs.
- Project experience with developing, designing and delivering banking applications.
