The ideal candidate would be a BS/BA Graduate with at least three to four years experience in gas operations. They will have a demonstrated the ability to work with complex data, work well under pressure, adjust to changing priorities, and have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to plan and manage multiple priorities and be committed to meet critical deadlines in a demanding environment is essential. They should have a background in systems implementation, operations leading and managing the merger of trade books in company acquisitions. Ideally the preferred candidate would also have a background in leadership and operations team building.

The key responsibilities will include, building the operations team, overseeing and managing all operations personnel, implementing new control systems, overseeing company acquisitions and adding trade support and training when required.
