A consumer bank is seeking to expand their Consumer Financial Services. In their continuous pursuit to strengthen the management team in order to ensure a sustainable competitive edge, they are now inviting suitable individual to join them as Branch Manager.
As Branch Manager, the role is responsible to drive revenue performance of the branch through effective management of the sales team In addition to business performance, the Branch Manager plays an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of the branch; operations, customer service and compliance to statutory legislations and regulations.
Responsibilies
Lead, Manage, coach and motivate staff at the Branch to achieve challenging sales target of financial products.
Deliver quality sales standards at the Branch
Ensure Operation Risk
Candidate with at least 5 years of years in banking and financial services industry with a good track record in financial products sales are an advantage. Prior branch banking and supervisory experience will be favourably regarded.
