Working closely with other members of the team and overseas operations, you will provide various day-to-day operations supports and regulatory reporting to the local jurisdictions. You will be responsible for resolving various operational issues and answering to the queries from clients, so high degree of organisation and communication skills is essential.

Successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Japanese (written and spoken), and have proven project management, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in operations position at an asset management/financial services industry is highly desirable to work with limited supervision. Experience and knowledge of Investment Advisory Licence is essential. Previous experience working in a trust bank is desirable.
