Our client is a leading global insurance firm who are well established in the Asia region. As part of growth plans they are now actively seeking an experience senior manager to join their agency development team.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, you will manage the sales activity and monitor business performance of assigned agency force. You will also initiate, develop and implement various programs to support the agency in production, recruitment and persistency. Moreover managing and monitoring agency disciplines and compliance will be required along with handling and resolving agency conflicts. You will proactively align the best interest between corporate and agency force on all aspects .

Your Profile

To be successful you will be a university graduate with at least 8 years relevant experience in the insurance industry where 4 years or more are at Managerial level. Solid knowledge and experience in agency development is crucial. You will possess good communication skills speaking clear English and Chinese. Also you will have strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills. You must be result-oriented & dedicated and driven to succeed
