Job Description:

The job responsibilities associated with this role may be expected to include but not limited to:

• Providing day-to-day support for Relationship Manager with marketing, clients coverage and trade execution.

• Excuting trades accurately and timely for clients.

• Responding to clients investment related inquries vebally and / or in writing, depending on the nature of the service request or complaint.

• Conducting limited research projects, responding to clients.

• Helping Relationship Manager on pitch books, account review reports and research projects, through application of PPT or Excel.

Knowledge

• Good understanding of the private banking business.

• Knowledge of financial products, including equity, currencies, fixed income, derivatives, etc

Skills and Abilities

• 1-2 years related experience in the financial industry is preferred.

• PWM related experience is a plus.

• Passion and commitment for financial service industry, especially PWM areas.

• Good communication skills in Mandarian and English, Cantonese is a plus

• Strong drive, willing to work on night shift during US morning trading hours.

• Honesty, integrity, good people skills. A good team player.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor degree with financial majors, or graduate degree in other area.

• License of securities trading is preferred.
