Requirements:

-      Min 4 years managerial experience with strong leadership skills
-      Min 7-8 years in application development process.
-      Min 5 years work experience in banking

-      Strong technical knowledge in programming languages such as C, C++, Visual Studio  or equivalent.  (for developer role)
-      Experience in .net platform and web banking will be added advantage
-      A team player with a good mix technical and functional analytical skills for effective     troubleshooting and problem solving.

- Ability to provide support and training for products supported.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
-      Strong financial product knowledge will be added advantage.

Excellence English communication skills. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
