RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate new account openings, account closings and account amendments; document fulfillment; subscription and redemption processing
  • Additions, withdrawals, and trading level processing
  • Distribute Offering Memorandums to potential investors
  • Investor communications
  • Facilitating investor audit requests
  • Facilitating fund closures; participating in the fund launch process
  • Maintenance of investor registries and investor information for reporting
  • Development and maintenance of investor information database for internal use.
  • Coordinating with external fund administrators and custodians
  • Managing cash flows with banks and investors; respond to inquiries from investors and prepare appropriate responses
  • Facilitate investor information requests and disseminate accurate information

    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sorry, there is no sponsorship or visa transfer available for this position.
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree from a top US University with an exceptionally competitive GPA.  Prefer candidates with cumulative GPA's at or above 3.5/4.0
  • Prior experience in an investor support role would be highly preferable, but will consider a top new graduate with internship experience revolving around investor services/relations.  
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must have intermediate Excel skills;  Experience with document management software such as Interwoven would be idal, but not absolutely required.  
  • Exceptionally intelligent; motivated; pro-active;
  • Exceptional English oral and written communication skills.
