Responsibilities:

• Understand the existing trading plat form and implement global platform

• Manage the development task assigned to offshore team

• Implement new functionalities in global systems based on Japan local priorities leading the development team

• Coordination with local business and global technology team

• Daily supervise the team members who support the local trading desks.

Requirements:

• Team player comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

• Good Business Flow Analysis skill. Experience building system feeds automation as a team and resolving data discrepancies a plus

• Driven and ambitious: constantly seeking self-improvement.

• Native level Japanese language skills and solid Business-level English language skills.(mandatory)

• Previous experience development and team leading in Front-office Fixed Income technology.(mandatory)

• Previous experience in development of JGB and related trading systems.(preferred)

• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to proactively engage with senior management and peers (preferred)

• Mandate knowledge - Real-time Pricing, Market Data Subscription & Publishing, Realtime Messaging, Rendezvous or MQ Series, Knowledge of Bonds (JGBs in particular), Yield Curves, Vanilla Swaps etc.

• The person must be able to work to tight deadlines.

• Work innovatively and effectively as part of a team.

• Deliver short term rapid solutions while building on a long-term strategic framework.

Technical and work experience:

• C# and Microsoft development Environment(mandate)

• Web technologies ASP.NET.(preferred)

• Request for Quote Systems. (preferred)

• Electronic Market Making. (preferred)

• Reuters & Bloomberg Platforms. (preferred)

• Degree Level: Computer Science, Maths or Finance (preferred)
