He or she will be trading Equity Derivatives for his or her own book and is responsible for hedging the risk.  It will include some flow business, but the focus is on pure proprietary trading.

He or she has at least a university degree preferably in a quantitative subject and has 5+ years experience in Pan-European markets and have the ability to derive and understand volatility. Proven track record of profitability and the ability to manage a proprietary position. Have a positive and hungry attitude to help build business. Fluent English with German being an advantage
