You are currently an experienced Transfer Agency Manager and you are looking for a new challenge in a global organisation.   The position is to manage an operational team of +/- 25 people:  Transfer Agency Operational Manager

Transfer Agency Operational Manager (ref 0910-22LT)

Your responsibilities will cover dealing, settlement, reporting and registration and you will be in charge of :

• managing the day to day TA operations
• maintaining TA client operational service quality and strategic planning
• devising and implementing procedural changes to enhance work flow, speed up processes and improve controls 
• clients' reporting, dealing, cash processing and fees
• internal and external audit management 
• managing, motivating and developing your team 

As this is a senior position, you must have:

• minimum of 10 years successful Transfer Agency experience, ideally in a service provider environment
• strong experience/ exposure to AML requirements
• client management experience  
• previous people management experience is a must
• fluent written and spoken English
• German, French and other European languages are an advantage
• PC literate
