Growing telecommunications firm seeks dynamic individual for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a unique professional opportunity for those who qualify.

   Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Analyze current financial performance and ensure that financial plans are in place to create maximum value for the corporation from its current businesses.

• Articulate key financial issues and assumptions in the creation of budgets and business plans.

• Establish financial measurement standards and processes, and developing systems to monitor performance against goals.

• Facilitate the development of corporate strategies to create additional value and to protect current value.

• Conduct financial evaluations of proposals and capital investments.  

• Act as an advisor to the COO on proposals by assessing the value creation potential of new businesses or expansion of existing business.

• Develop financial perspectives on relevant markets.

Minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA or CPA.

• Minimum of 10-15 years financial experience.

• Demonstrated track record in recognizing business, finance and accounting indicators that would impact the business

• M&A experience  

• Highly experienced with percentage-of-completion revenue recognition methods and practices

• Ability to forecast cash flows and model assumptions related to the current business environment. 

 Travel: 

• Travel will be required

  Salary/ Cash Compensation: 

• Salary commensurate with experience

• Benefits:  health, dental, 401k.

• Review periods: 90 days, 6 months and then annual.

• Potential to earn further benefits such as bonus and share equity.
