Responsibilities
The Role: Within our Client Service team we always look for Client Service & Support Specialists. In this role, you will support our clients in the implementation and application of Moody's Risk Analyst and/or Moody's Financial Analyst. Ensure that our products and technology are used effectively and appropriately to add value to our clients' businesses. Key Responsibilities: * Interact with client via the website, email, telephone, and face to face around product features, functionality, installation, and configuration * Understand and explain complex product features on conceptual, intuitive, and practical levels. * Triage and escalate requests appropriately while maintaining ownership of client interaction * Identify, capture, and channel client feedback on product features and functionality to Product Management * Originate content for customer Knowledge Base * On-site product use training * Provide constructive feedback to the sales and training groups regarding client needs and training needs * Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within Client Service and in the broader organization. * Familiar with navigation of Windows environments
Experience
* Superb analytical skills and persistence in analytical and technical problem solving * Exposure to banking, credit, and/or financial markets; client support roles; OR quantitative-driven research preferred
Qualifications
* Undergraduate or graduate degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Finance or Accounting
Key Tech and Non-Tech Skills
* Strong knowledge of Windows based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.). * Basic knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle a plus Non technical skills * Strong customer orientation * Good written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrating initiative and an eagerness to excel * Knowledge of financial statements would be advantageous * Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels * Team player * Highly organised and efficient * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work pro-actively and multi-task * Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Ability to work using own initiative and without close supervision * Good interpersonal skills * Excellent planning, organizational, implementation and follow-up skills required
Languages
* Fluency in English is essential. * Fluency in one or several other European languages would be advantageous
