Our client is a leading M&A specific investment banking franchise with global offices.

The current requirement is for an Analyst and Associate in the New York based M&A team. Traditionally the team have focused on Utilities, Infrastructure and Renewables, large cap, cross border. 

Junior bankers in the team benefit greatly from the unique, flatter hierarchy than you find in most larger banks and the increased exposure and responsibilities this brings. 

Applicants must have 2-5 years M&A experience from a top 10 bank. All sectors are relevant but an interest in Utilities, Infrastructure and Energy is a must.
