Our client is a boutique Real Estate Investment Management firm managing residential properties in London and internationally. The firm seeks an Investment Associate with 2 years IB experience to join a team of investment professionals, focusing on property development & Real Estate fund management.
This is an opportunity for a proactive Investment Associate to join a growing fund investing in Real Estate properties in London and internationally. Based in Mayfair, this is a chance to work with some extremely inspiring individuals as part of their growing team.
The firm is seeking an Investment Associate to join a very busy team and be part of the entire investment cycle. The associate will play a crucial role in financial modelling, preparation of investment presentations and memos, supporting the investment decision making and process management, etc. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work within a very fast paced environment and be able to meet deadlines and requirements.
To be considered for the role you will:
Have minimum 2 - 3 years IB experience as a Financial Analyst or Associate
Have worked in a similar capacity for 2 years, at a private equity or strategic investment firm focusing on residential and/or commercial Real Estate
Will demonstrate strong modelling, valuation and analytical skills
Build and feed IRR models/analysis and perform sensitivity analysis
Be an advanced/expert Excel and Excel Macros user
Have very good knowledge and use of the entire MS Office suite
Proactive, highly driven, self-starter, and will have strong work ethic
Work long hours
Be degree educated in Finance & Economics
Be an EU Citizen or have permission to work in the UK
