Taking responsibility for project managing transaction life cycles the successful candidate will proactively research markets to identify potential deals that meet business units strategic objectives, completing market and target analysis and making recommendations to the board.  When proposals are signed off the candidate will manage the end to end deal execution for investments and divestments, developing the business case and synergy assessment, managing due diligence and financial modeling as well as coordinating 3rd party advisors.  You will also assist in the determining fund raising requirements and evaluate different methodology and lead the execution.

With a flexible and diplomatic approach you will work across multiple work streams to achieve project mile stones within the transaction life cycle.

To be considered for this role you will require:

• 10 years experience having successful completed full life cycle acquisitions, disposals or restructuring transactions in Asia;
• Strong technical and financial modeling skills;
• Financial institution transactions experience is desirable;
• Exceptional communication skills in English with a diplomatic approach.
