-Knowledge of asset management systems and Unified Managed Account (UMA) in particular

-Deep knowledge of complex enterprise systems

-Deep knowledge of integration challenges associated with complex application architectures

-Ability to provide a holistic perspective across noted complex application architecture

-Ability to understand the implications of how one workstream’s requirements may adversely impact other workstreams and potentially the overall technology platform

-Experience with large complex systems integration involving disparate systems including legacy, vendor, and home grown across diverse technology platforms

-Experience as chief/lead architect for the duration of a large integration program

-Strong client facing and consultative skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
