Our client is a sovereign wealth manager with a large real estate portfolio globally. Working with their Japanese business they now require an experienced real estate investment manager to run their existing portfolio nationally.

Responsibilities:

• Providing oversight and supervision of the assets in your assigned portfolio including operational, security, administrative and valuation aspects of property management; as well as business aspects, including marketing and leasing-up or sales
• Developing strategies for the portfolio
• Managing project development
• Managing the company’s joint venture relationships

Requirements:

• A good Honors Degree
• Excellent analytical abilities
• At least 15 years’ relevant working experience in real estate investment and management
• Financial management skills
