The Opportunity
Our People and Organisational Change professionals are skilled and grounded change professionals with an evident passion for enabling our clients to embed significant transformations within their organisations.

This is a significant opportunity for individuals at Senior Consultant levels to contribute to the future growth of our practice and work with a broad range of clients helping them to transform some of the world's most respected commercial and public sector organisations. The team maximises the benefits and addresses the risks of designing and delivering sustainable change in leading organisations currently through a focus on four areas:

* Change architecture
* Organisation design
* Culture and behavioural change
* Leadership of Change coaching

Responsibilities
You will have responsibility for working with clients to successfully sell, design and deliver performance improvement and operating model programmes in the sectors. You will win and sustain client confidence, capture new business and develop client relationships. Your will manage, coach and lead your own team. You will possess a track record of impacting business and relationship development and present the capacity to enhance the current range of offerings.

Experience and skills
* Breadth of experience in people and organisational change capabilities and large-scale transformation programmes, with a focus on sustainability.
* Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - share this expertise with others.
* Have experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
* Have a primary degree (2.1) or above - from a leading university preferred.
