The Opportunity Our People and Organisational Change professionals are skilled and grounded change professionals with an evident passion for enabling our clients to embed significant transformations within their organisations.
This is a significant opportunity for individuals at Senior Manager and Director levels to contribute to the future growth of our practice and work with a broad range of clients helping them to transform some of the world's most respected commercial and public sector organisations. The team maximises the benefits and addresses the risks of designing and delivering sustainable change in leading organisations currently through a focus on four areas:
* Change architecture * Organisation design * Culture and behavioural change * Leadership of Change coaching
Responsibilities You will have responsibility for developing, shaping and delivering P&OC programmes of work, with our industry account teams and other practice areas. You will assume operational responsibility and accountability for assignments and delivery teams. You will generate profitable revenue - selling major P&OC programmes through developing lasting relationships with clients, through business development and account management leadership. You will also actively contribute to the ongoing development of the P&OC practice, supporting the rapid, profitable growth of the business as a member of the management team.
You will be accountable for establishing cohesive and committed ways for teams to work closely and effectively together, including coaching. You will recruit high calibre individuals into the practice whilst providing and facilitating development opportunities for individuals at all levels in the practice.
Experience and skills * Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise. * Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement * Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members, and capable of motivating teams to maximise performance. * Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and with industry, business and leadership skills & knowledge - share this expertise with others. * Have experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation. * Have a primary degree (2.1) or above - from a leading university preferred.
