A nationally known real estate private equity group is seeking an experienced Institutional Salesperson.
Manage the marketing and fund-raising efforts for a platform that includes a distress hedge fund, joint ventures and co-investments in single-asset, portfolio transactions and real estate private equity funds with a focus on commercial real estate, hospitality, gaming and distressed debt investments. Responsibilities include developing institutional equity investors and joint venture partners; devising investment and partnership structures; overseeing negotiation of legal agreements, and developing communications and marketing materials. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in real estate private equity, with a demonstrable track record raising capital and closing transactions. A strong network of institutional investor relationships is essential. This position requires superb communications skills. A college degree is required, advanced degree such as MBA, JD, MS Real Estate is a plus. Competitive compensation and superb career opportunity.
